Welcome to our brand new Request Service, allowing you to request technical assistance for any event at RGS.

We hope this new version of the service will be even easier and quicker for you to use than the last one. We've built lots of new features into it including the facility to update your Requests if you change your mind, the ability to remember your details so you don't have to keep re-entering them each visit and a more 'intelligent' 4-step process aiming to save you time and ensure we get all the important details of your Request.

Simply follow these four short steps to let us know of your requirements for any forthcoming event. After confirmation, these details will be sent to the Senior Technicians and Mr Balaam, and we will contact you later today to confirm your request.
